Angeles LOS: screen the Screen Actors Guild Awards are arriving on Sunday and preparations are already underway in the Shrine Auditorium. Stage brings together, the list of presenters is close to being finished and, most importantly, seats are you drew.
"Depends on the size of the cast," producer Awards SAG Kathy Connell explained when MTV News asked how is determined the seating chart. "It also depends on if they were here last year." If the cast of TV was down front, probably will put them back even further this year. "We also try to be democratic between film and TV."
The ceremony will be held in an atmosphere of intimate dinner where both film and TV actors will be seated along with their peers. On the show, celebrities can eat food provided by the restoration of Lucques and sip in Dry Creek wines and champagne Taittinger while celebrating the work of others.
The Guild of people in the mold of the film along with casts of TV to allow everybody to visit and mingle between acts. For example, the first few tables, located in front of the headquarters have place cards for the cast of "True Grit" sitting beside the cast of "Joy". Move more towards the center of the room reveals the actors in "The Kids are All Right" sitting next to the boys of "30 Rock". With a quick look around the rest of the room shows the set of "the closer", sitting next to the "modern family," which are through the cast of "Hunting" and "Hot in Cleveland"
"Actors are actors." It doesn't matter that they are on TV. In fact, you know, actors in the film are very, very amateur to see on television and on the other hand, the actors "Connell, said."
The 17TH Annual SAG Awards will air live on TNT and TBS Sunday at 8 p.m. ET from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
