With a band of crackerjack help push the songs along musical tracks, all 10 songs are satisfactory slices of instrumental sounds at their best, drawing inspiration from a source of jazz and blues.A native of Kansas, Skaff picked up the guitar at the age of 16 after always fascinated by George Benson's album of En Uptown. He then studied music at Wichita State for three semesters. With a deep passion for jazz, blues and rock Club of Wichita, he paid tribute during that time that visit jazz luminaries as Lou Donaldson, Lonnie Smith and Jack McDuff and quickly realized his dream of becoming a jazz guitarist Championship would better be served by leaving the Midwest for capital city of the world jazz — NYC. Upon his arrival to the Big Apple Skaff performed with the legendary R & B singer Ruth Brown until his death in 2006.
